·         Maintaining calendars of HR management team.

·         Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.

·         Coordinates the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt openings; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads, reviews applications/resumes, assist managers with screening applicants, ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures, coordinates new hire.

·         Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc

·         Counsels employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.

·         Processing payroll, which includes ensuring the vacation and sick time is tracked in the system.
