· Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
· Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process.
· Coordinates the recruitment process for exempt and non-exempt openings; initiates and coordinates recruitment ads, reviews applications/resumes, assist managers with screening applicants, ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures, coordinates new hire.
· Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc
· Counsels employees regarding human resources policies, procedures, and practices.
· Processing payroll, which includes ensuring the vacation and sick time is tracked in the system.
· Responsible for the structure of the benefits administration program and annual benefits open enrollment. Prepares and presents information in the evaluation of company benefits. Compiles information for employees during the open enrollment period and presents information in group meetings.
· Collect and compile data, prepare reports and coordinate all management projects.
