Site Supervisor

Punjab Interior Group is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor based in Lahore to oversee interior fit-out and finishing projects. This on-site role operates during the morning shift and requires a candidate with at least three years of relevant experience. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining safety and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This position is non-managerial and offers a monthly salary range of PKR 30,000 to 40,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise interior fit-out and finishing work on-site, ensuring tasks are completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and delivery schedules to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.
- Monitor project schedules closely to ensure milestones are met and report any deviations promptly.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to uphold high standards and compliance with design requirements.
- Perform safety inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records, including daily reports, material usage, and progress tracking.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site supervision, specifically in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards related to interior works.
- Ability to effectively coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors on-site.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce safety measures consistently.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining site documentation.
- Ability to work morning shifts on-site in Lahore.
