Cashier

Six Stars Sports is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for accuracy in handling daily cash receipts, payments, and transactions, ensuring all financial activities are recorded precisely. This role demands strong organizational skills to maintain cash records, vouchers, and payment receipts, as well as effective coordination with the Accounts Department to reconcile daily cash flow. The position emphasizes integrity and confidentiality, requiring the candidate to safeguard sensitive financial information. The Cashier will perform various tasks including managing petty cash, verifying invoices and bills, and preparing daily cash reports. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant experience, be proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations, and demonstrate a high level of honesty and responsibility. Effective communication skills are essential to coordinate with different departments and support the smooth financial operations of Six Stars Sports.
Responsibilities

Handle daily cash receipts, payments, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and organize cash records, vouchers, and payment receipts for auditing and reporting purposes.
Manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Verify accuracy of invoices, bills, and payment details before processing transactions.
Coordinate with the Accounts Department to perform daily cash reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare and submit daily cash reports, ensuring all financial information is up to date and accurate.
Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial data and cash handling procedures.
Utilize MS Excel to record, track, and analyze financial transactions and reports.
Operate computer systems and software to support cash handling and record-keeping tasks.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail to prevent errors and maintain financial accuracy.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Adhere to company policies and ethical standards related to cash handling and financial management.
