Skyscrapers Private Limited is looking for a savvy and tech-oriented HR Executive who is fluent in verbal and written English communication
Job Responsibilities:
Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Regular updating of communication channels
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
Training new or existing employees
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
Requirements:
Min. bachelor’s degree in HR (16 years of education)
6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience
Advanced computer skills
Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors ( HEC recognized university)
Experience: Experience candidates will be preferred
Salary Package: 27k - 35k
