Skyscrapers Pvt Ltd is looking for a savvy and tech-oriented Recruitment Executive who is fluent in verbal and written English communication.
Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Applicant CV analysis per job description and company requirements.
Coordinate and conduct telephone and in-person applicant interviews and screening process with hiring managers
Maintain relationships with internal and external Stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Support and enforce company’s structure, protocols, policies, and all laws regarding employment practices
Serve as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
Complete timely reports on employment recruitment activity
Follow up with desirable candidates
Maintain all confidential HR and personnel records
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors (HEC recognized university)
6 months – 1 year of relevant work experience
Proficient user of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Salary Package: 25k - 35k
