We are looking for HR Executive (I.T) for Smart Placement PVT LTD office in Rawalpindi.
Job Description
· Can able to create pool of potential candidates.
· Source potential candidates through different platforms.
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.
· Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
· Able to work under pressure and should be able to meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
