• Keep track of metrics on a weekly basis for reporting

• Consistently strive to measure and track all aspects of the recruiting process.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for all open roles.

• Presenting pipeline updates to key hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Identifies staffing and recruiting needs; develops and executes best practices for hiring and talent management.

• Collaborating extensively with the cross-functional teams to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is maintained.
