Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT/Software Engineering teams globally. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

What you will be doing:

Really understand what sort of talent the company is looking for and prioritize recruitment efforts based on those requirements.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and partner with them throughout the recruitment process.
Set candidates up for success.
Drive and continuously improve the Engineering recruitment process together with Engineering leadership.
Writing and posting technical job advertisements and descriptions.
Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes.
Sourcing potential candidates via different professional platforms.
Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial identification to offer acceptance.
Being on a constant lookout for seriously talented people by developing and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.
Maintaining courteous communication with prospective candidates to foster long-term relationships.
Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives & create liaison with career placement cells.
Ensuring that accurate job descriptions are in place.
