Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruiting process for technical talent in both senior and junior roles

2. Maintain a HR database of candidates for different roles

3. Oversee the design/implementation of HR policies

4. Lead employer brand initiatives and recruitment campaigns

5. Manage day to day HR activities for team members
