Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent and effective brand messaging. Plan, create, and publish engaging content tailored specifically for each social channel to attract and retain the target audience. Develop and execute strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and boosting audience interaction. Monitor social media performance metrics regularly and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights to maximize impact. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of six months of hands-on experience in social media management is essential. Demonstrated success in managing business social media accounts with measurable results is required. Strong knowledge of content planning, audience engagement, and growth strategies across major social media platforms is necessary. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging content, are critical. Candidates should possess a creative mindset along with strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with companies in eBook publishing, eCommerce, or digital marketing sectors is highly desirable.
