Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team on a full-time night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, audience engagement, and basic digital marketing concepts. Proficiency in using AI tools to boost productivity and assist with content creation, research, ideation, and social media management is essential. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, graphic design, and video editing teams to plan and execute engaging social media content for multiple brands and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars to ensure consistent posting. Create compelling captions, post copy, hooks, calls-to-action (CTAs), and basic content briefs tailored to each brand. Research trending topics, content formats, hashtags, sounds, and relevant social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging. Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to ensure timely and high-quality content production. Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, and other social media content across platforms. Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement to foster community interaction. Assist in developing social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities. Track key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, views, and follower growth. Prepare basic performance reports and recommend areas for improvement. Support Meta Ads management, including campaign monitoring and reporting when needed. Ensure all content adheres to the brand’s tone, communication style, and visual guidelines. Stay updated on new social media features, platform changes, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content creation techniques. Proficiency in AI tools like ChatGPT for generating captions, ideas, hooks, scripts, CTAs, and social media copy. Ability to use AI for content research, brainstorming, planning, and repurposing existing content. Skilled in writing effective AI prompts and refining AI-generated content to match different brand voices and target audiences. Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI tools and marketing technologies. Understanding that AI-generated content requires review, editing, fact-checking, and customization before publishing. Ability to maintain human creativity, originality, and brand consistency while leveraging AI as a productivity tool. Availability to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (PKT).

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience managing social media accounts for multiple brands or clients is highly valued. Previous work experience in a digital marketing agency is advantageous. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative design tools is preferred. Familiarity with Meta lead-generation and conversion campaigns is a plus. Understanding Instagram Reels and TikTok content strategies is beneficial. Experience using AI tools specifically for content creation and marketing will be considered an asset. A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts will be highly regarded. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 per month. The work location is in person, allowing direct collaboration with the marketing team.
