Software Engineer I - MLOps

The company is currently looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join its team as Software Engineer I - MLOps in Lahore, Pakistan. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage in the full lifecycle of data science projects, collaborating closely with experienced data scientists to accelerate professional growth and deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms from initial concept through to production, ensuring solutions are reliable and scalable.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Cyber Security, Data, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, and Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Mobile).
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to SOLID principles and industry best practices.
- Design and implement robust systems that support and enhance Careem’s technology ecosystem.
- Engage in continuous learning and actively participate in knowledge sharing within the engineering community.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in statistics, probability theory, calculus, linear algebra, mathematical analysis, and differential calculus.
- Proficiency in Python programming, SQL, algorithms, and data structures.
- Solid understanding of machine learning theory and algorithmic principles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
