Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead

Spaces & Places seeks an experienced Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead to direct and manage a talented team of 20 designers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture and has a minimum of two years of relevant post-graduation experience. This role requires a strong foundation in architectural and interior design principles, coupled with excellent creative vision and problem-solving capabilities. The team lead is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, guiding their team from initial concept development through to detailed design execution, ensuring that all outputs meet high-quality standards and client expectations. The Architecture & Interior Design Team Lead plays a critical role in fostering collaboration and communication among team members, coordinating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining efficient workflows on-site at DHA Phase 6, Lahore. This position demands proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp, alongside familiarity with at least one leading rendering software such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape. Strong leadership skills are essential to inspire and manage a diverse team, ensuring project goals are achieved within timelines and budgets while promoting continuous growth and development within the team.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 20 architecture and interior design professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship, and support to maximize team performance.
Oversee all stages of project development, from initial concept through to detailed design and final delivery, ensuring all work aligns with client requirements and company standards.
Utilize expertise in AutoCAD and SketchUp to review designs and provide constructive feedback, supporting the team in creating high-quality, innovative architectural and interior solutions.
Coordinate the use of rendering software such as Lumion, D5 Render, or Enscape to produce compelling visual presentations and realistic design representations for client approvals.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to facilitate smooth communication and ensure seamless project execution on-site at DHA Phase 6, Lahore.
Develop project plans, allocate resources effectively, and monitor project progress to adhere to schedules and budget constraints.
Foster a creative and productive work environment that encourages innovative design thinking and problem-solving among team members.
Implement design reviews, quality control measures, and foster best practices to maintain exceptional design standards throughout all projects.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding project status, risks, and team performance.
Address challenges proactively, resolving conflicts and obstacles that could impact project outcomes or team dynamics.
Promote professional growth by identifying training needs and facilitating skill development opportunities within the team.
