HR RECRUITER SUMMARY: Supports the SpanBPO corporation team within the areas of staffing/recruitment and HR administrative functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●       Drives the recruiting activities for salaried positions throughout the facility, including sourcing, screening and coordination of interviews.

●       Aggressively uses a multi-channel approach to recruiting telemarketing agents for our call center.  You will use social media, newspapers, university recruitment, referrals, and any other method to continuously keep our 250 seat center completely filled with the top telemarketers in the area.

●       Complete new hire processing and on-boarding including preparing job offers.

●       Conduct new hire orientation and maintain up-to-date orientation materials.

●       Create and update job descriptions, on-the-job training (OJT) checklists and other forms
