- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to meet our business goals and exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
- Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
- Be responsible for production output, performance reports, product quality and on-time shipping.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program.
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Remain in compliance with facility ISO standards and all HSE guidelines.
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
- Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel and recommend changes if required.
- Analyze all customer metrics and recommend improvement to all SPAN.
- Maintain efficient quality of all products within required budget and prepare schedule.
- Stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology
- Adhere to company's rules and regulations
- Must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
