Driver (Female)

SpeedBreaker.pk is seeking a dependable and punctual female driver to manage school pick-up and drop-off duties, ensuring the safety and timely transportation of students. This contract-based role offers fixed daily hours and involves operating a company-provided vehicle. The ideal candidate must reside in or near the Defence Road / Pine Avenue area, with a preference for those located within a short commuting distance to promote punctuality and reliability. Candidates should demonstrate strong adherence to traffic laws, safe driving practices, and possess a valid driving license with all necessary documentation. The position emphasizes responsibility and trustworthiness as critical qualities. While the role does not involve team management, it carries the important responsibility of ensuring the safety and well-being of children during transit. The driver will work closely with the school and possibly parents, upholding the highest standards of traffic law compliance and professional conduct throughout the daily routes.
Responsibilities

Operate the provided company vehicle safely and efficiently to transport students to and from school.
Plan and follow designated routes to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while optimizing travel time.
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies during driving duties.
Maintain valid driving license and ensure all required vehicle documentation is current and accessible.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections regularly to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues promptly.
Manage time effectively to adhere to fixed daily schedule and avoid delays or absences.
Maintain clear communication with school personnel and parents regarding student pick-up and drop-off as necessary.
Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and trustworthiness as key components of daily work ethics.
Ensure the safety and comfort of students during transportation, following best practices in child passenger safety.
Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle malfunctions to the company promptly following established procedures.
Display professional behavior and appearance, representing SpeedBreaker.pk positively during all interactions.
Keep the vehicle clean and organized as part of daily maintenance routines.
Follow company guidelines regarding COVID-19 protocols and health safety measures while on duty.
