We are looking for a talented software developer with strong expertise in Java technology to join our on-site team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex custom-built software solutions. This role demands a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and experience with various frameworks and service-oriented architectures. The developer will actively participate in testing and documentation processes to ensure applications meet high performance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex custom software solutions using Java and associated frameworks.
- Execute and document tests to verify that applications and technical environments comply with performance requirements.
- Develop and support graphical user interfaces utilizing Java SWT and Swing technologies.
- Integrate services through Web Services, REST, SOAP, and microservices-based frameworks.
- Collaborate with team members to implement and enhance service-oriented architecture solutions.
- Lead and manage development teams by providing technical guidance and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, including object-oriented design, design patterns, and best coding practices.
- Experience in developing GUIs with Java SWT and Swing.
- Comprehensive understanding of service-oriented architecture and hands-on experience integrating services using Web Services, REST, SOAP, and microservices frameworks.
- Frontend development skills including JavaScript, JSON, and JQuery.
- Experience working with Oracle database platforms.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor development teams effectively.
