Job Role:
Preparation of Payroll
· Prepare Annual assessment
. Complete all assigned tasks and assist in day-to-day HR operations.
· Scheduling interviews continuously maintain employees’ performance file and maintaining.
· Able to resolve performance related obstacles and serves as a liaison between Management & Staff
· Keep tracking of new employees after joining and leaving.
.Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
· Liaison with insurance company related to employees’ addition/deletions.
· Prepare reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
· Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
· Manage Health Insurance and Life Insurance of all the Staff.
· Develop training and development programs.
. Prepare documents and update HR records.
· Maintain Human Resource information system records and make reports.
· Keep employees motivated toward the organization goals.
.Prepare & provide relevant equiments to new employees.
· Bridge gap between Manager / Subordinate, Manager / Employer.
.Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including
.metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
· Develop SOPs as per current practice and suggest improvements.
