Position Title: Manager Procurement
Duty Station:Ferozpur Road, Lahore
Reporting to: Director Operations

Stitch & Style was founded in 1992 focusing on Eruopean market exports in woven garments.
Position Description:
The overall objective of this position is the sourcing & vetting of vendors, launching RFP/RFQs, contract oversight & management, policy & procedure creation, risk avoidance & analysis, vendor performance & relations with an emphasis on achieving organizational goals by acquiring goods and services at the best quality, value, and price.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Maintains purchasing information, files and records (e.g. Requests for Proposal, purchase orders, vendor files, etc.)
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Preparing purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Compiling data from a wide variety of sources (e.g., vendors, staff, etc.) for the purpose of analyzing issues, ensuring compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures, and monitoring purchasing processes.
- Preparing procurement reports and presentations for use at Senior management level in strategic decision making.
- Any other task assigned by supervisor.
Minimum Requirement
Qualification:
- Bachelors in supply chain management, logistics or business administration with minimum 3 years of experience as Procurement Manager or Procurement officer in a reputed organisation
Skill Set:
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as an ability in analyzing the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
