MANNAM Studio is seeking a skilled and responsible Stitching Supervisor to oversee stitching operations within the production department. The ideal candidate will manage stitching lines, supervise production staff, and ensure that daily production targets and quality standards are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of garment stitching processes to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage stitching lines and production workers to ensure smooth operations.
- Allocate work assignments based on production requirements and manpower availability.
- Monitor daily production targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain stitching quality standards throughout the production process.
- Coordinate effectively with Cutting, Finishing, Quality, and Production departments to streamline operations.
- Oversee worker performance, attendance, and discipline to maintain a productive work environment.
- Identify production issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure optimal utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain a smooth workflow to meet production deadlines consistently.
- Prepare and communicate daily production progress reports to management for informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Stitching Supervisor, preferably within an export-oriented ladies’ clothing or textile manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of garment stitching and production processes.
- Good understanding of stitching machines, operations, and line management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills to effectively guide production staff.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to work under production pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
