Summary:  

Sales Team lead is responsible for coordinating the sales department, supporting management, and ensuring sales targets are reached. Team Lead will be responsible to interact with prospective customers across the U.S to grow and maintain existing business, reactivate dormant accounts, and opening new corporate or government accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the team's sales targets are met, and support the management.
  • The sales lead will perform sales, management, and administrative tasks, such as maintaining team sales performance, training staff, and monitoring routine tasks.
  • Assist HR in recruitment and training of new sales staff, assigning specific tasks to other sales staff.
  • Team Lead should have intense knowledge of all latest IT related products both software and hardware
  • Should be able to work closely with functional managers and team and can play a role of bridge in passing the communication smoothly and swiftly.
  • He/she should be able to give the guidelines to the team on responding opportunities, contacting B2B customer’s with certain protocols and speak to customer and helping them in resolving their issues in best possible way.
  • Should be able to report regarding the performance of team on regular basis
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  •  Able to resolve conflict within a team and motivate them to achieve desire results

Job Specifications:

Education: BCS , MCS,  MIT, BBIT  

Experience:   At least 3- 5 years of relevant experience with US market.

Skill:   

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
  • Sales acumen; account development, C-level interaction, prospecting, lead generation, problem solving, handling objections, confident closing skills.
  • Prior experience of leading a   sales / business development team in a high-volume fast-paced professional environment.
  • Command of the English language both spoken and written.
  • Self-motivated, goal orientated, and a strong ability to learn in a classroom and hands-on setting
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Open to using a CRM System for strategic pipeline management
  •  Prior inside sales/account management experience in business development and/or direct quote has driven sales role
  • Experience teaming collaboratively with a field account executive in a high-volume, fast-paced professional environment
  • Sales acumen; account development, C-level interaction, prospecting, lead generation, problem-solving, handling objections, confident closing skills.
