Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager and Regional Manager for management of Project activities
- Strong coordination with field and office staff
- Close coordination with Field staff for provision of supporting documents
- Preparation of MPR with consultation of RC, DMO and PM
- Ensure maintenance of record related to TB patients
- Follow ups TB patients through phone with consultation of DMO
- Assist RC and PM in facilitating mission for monitoring visits
- Preparation of work plan in close coordination of RC and PM
Financial Management:
- Reviewing of supporting documents and bills
- Preparation of requests for filed activities
- Assisting RC for submission of reports and Bills
- Timely submission of QRM/CGM/Chest camp bills
Other:
- Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values
- Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by SPO
- Carry out any other activities as assigned by the supervisor
