As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating sales and revenue by building and managing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting sales targets.
You will be working closely with our marketing and customer service teams to provide a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels
- Build and manage relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work collaboratively with marketing and customer service teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Research and analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new product and service opportunities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up with them regularly
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms
- Fluent in English (understanding and writing).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Reliable internet connection and computer for remote work.
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule including day and night shifts.
Salary
- PKR 15,000/- Basic Salary + Commission on meeting sales targets.
- Comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
