Surveyor Helper

We are seeking a dedicated Surveyor Helper to support the Surveyor and Assistant Surveyor in conducting surveying and site measurement tasks. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, hardworking, and eager to learn. Prior experience in civil construction or surveying is preferred but not mandatory. This role involves assisting with various field activities, including handling surveying equipment and performing measurements at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Surveyor and Assistant Surveyor with daily surveying operations.
- Carry and manage surveying equipment and accessories carefully.
- Support the operation of Total Station, GPS, and Level equipment under supervision.
- Help with site measurements, leveling, marking, and setting out tasks.
- Assist in recording measurements and maintaining survey points accurately.
- Provide support during road, plot, infrastructure, and other civil works projects.
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of all surveying tools and equipment.
- Perform additional site-related duties as assigned by the Surveyor or Site Engineer.

Required Qualifications
- Matriculation or Intermediate education; relevant technical education is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is desirable.
- Basic understanding of civil construction and surveying principles.
- Willingness to learn and operate Total Station, GPS, and Level equipment.
- Ability to assist with site measurements, marking, leveling, and setting out.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at active construction sites.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Hardworking, punctual, and responsible attitude.
