Accounts Department

Suzuki Motorways is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Accounts Department as Assistant Accountants. Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers to support the accounting process.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions promptly and accurately.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Help ensure compliance with company financial policies and relevant statutory requirements.
Assist with bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies in accounts.
Collaborate with the finance team during internal and external audit activities.
Prepare supporting documents and assist in the maintenance of accounting files and records.
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounting matters as needed.
Contribute to ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency in the accounts department.
