- Maintaining RMS databases of names, addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant contact information to complete for vendors, companies and employees.
- Sending correspondence on behalf of company by email or mail, including memos, letters, or notices of meetings or deadlines and all related required details
- Screening calls and scheduling appointments for the clients and vendors
- Preparing and filing documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks
- Maintaining coordination and follow-up with vendors and clients
- Provide administrative support to HR and Recruitment Department

- Coordinate with project managers and management to maintain database of all onboard engineers and their availability
- Maintain online database and ensure maximization of all resources.
