As an International Business Development Associate, your responsibilities will be according as mentioned below.
- Answering questions from clients before and after purchase and providing a demonstration of the software to ensure it fits each client's need
- Achieve sales goals
- Build relationships with clients
- Handling client day-to-day queries
- Working on new clients to follow up, to increase sales
- Must be able to exhibit strong verbal communication
- Excellent English communication skills(Writing & verbal)
- Perform those duties assigned by management
- cold calling Sales experienced person who has worked in the USA or Canadian market remotely since our clientele is based in both the countries.
- Shifts and working schedules be according to the Canadian and USA markets.
There will be No Public Holiday or casual leave granted to the employee, during the first 2 to 3 months of the probation period.
The shift will be based on different rotations in the Night shift as per the needs of the business.
