We are looking for Business Development Officers to join our team.
Inbound:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
- Having good communication skills & convincing power
- Having good experience in Tour & Traveling field
- To Receive calls for different skills set that is Advisory/Flights & Tours
- To Provide complete information of the products as per customer query
- To bring business/revenue as per company’s define module/target
- To complete all assigned tasks/targets timely and in well manner
Outbound:
- Having good communication skills & convincing power
- Having good experience in Tour & Traveling field
- To make calls on generated leads through different mediums and to mature sales from the assigned leads
- To Provide complete information of the products as per customer query
- To bring business/revenue as per company’s define module/targets
- To complete all assigned tasks/targets timely and in well manner
Requirements:
- Having good communication skills & convincing power
- Having good experience in Tour & Traveling field
- Prior working experience as a CSR
- Professional attitude
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Detail-oriented.
