Assistant Manager Quality Assurance works with other staff to make sure procedures and files adhere to established quality standards. He plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain thresholds of acceptability.

  • Ensure all the required audit sampling benchmarks are met i.e. 8% for two-step & 12% for One Step
  • Ensure optimal utilization of each QA Executive
  • Ensure 100% process QA coverage with feedback, for all agents
  • Prepare and Analyzes QA report for Line Manager
  • Partner with management to identify proactive changes to update & maintain training content and Redbook.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality
  • Prepare the capacities and thereby proactively assess the requirement of new bodies for the project.
  • Ensure all the client communication is carried out without delay or interruption
  • Address all team/ floor day to day issues ensuring they do not impact the business/ deliverables
  • Ensure prescriber protocols are adhered for all existing and new projects as per the client requirements - without delays.
  • Keep track of all QA related affairs, including client escalations & communication/ correspondence.
  • Maintains positive, conductive and effective communication with staff, peers and senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Should be Graduate
  • Have at least one year of experience at any management level - QA Experience preferred
  • Flexible to work in any shift - though shift hours will be US Day i.e. Pakistan Night Shift
  • Having sound knowledge & grip of MS Office Tools - particularly MS Excel
  • Good English Communication skills - Written & Verbal
  • Able to work under pressure and for extended hours as well as public holidays/ weekends.
