Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee examination schedules ensuring adherence to established timelines.
Assist in preparing and distributing examination materials and documentation accurately.

Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and administrative departments regarding examination procedures and updates.
Monitor attendance and punctuality of examination staff and candidates as part of quality control.
Ensure compliance with institutional policies related to examinations and academic integrity.
Support the resolution of examination-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain detailed records and reports related to examination activities for administrative review.
Demonstrate collaboration with various departments to facilitate smooth examination operations.
