In this position, you will support the HR team by undertaking day-to-day assignments and participating in critical business processes that drive organizational success. Your responsibilities will span supporting talent acquisition, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining sales cycle activities such as handling quotations and customer follow-ups, tracking performance metrics, and aiding in marketing projects. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it offers a unique opportunity to develop cross-functional skills and gain valuable exposure that will aid in your career progression toward an officer-level HR position. The program offers structured management development and ongoing professional training, ensuring that you acquire both the technical and interpersonal competencies necessary for long-term success.
Responsibilities

  • Support HR-assigned tasks and assist in the execution of the Management Development Program milestones, evaluations, and development activities.
  • Assist with daily sales cycle operations including customer follow-ups, managing requests for quotations, preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and recovery follow-ups to ensure accurate and timely transactions.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities, track targets against actual performance, and report on key performance indicators to support business objectives.
  • Support activities related to new customer acquisition, activation of dormant accounts, and market development initiatives to expand the business footprint.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including HR, Sales, and Marketing to guarantee timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by contributing to the creation of customer communication materials and gathering market feedback to support promotional strategies.
  • Identify performance gaps through data analysis, realign priorities in consultation with supervisors, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Participate actively in training sessions, cross-functional tasks, and regular performance appraisals to build a comprehensive understanding of business functions and personal development.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of HR or relevant supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting organizational needs.
