- Assist Salesteam in ensuring smooth functioning of Sales operations function in Head office & all regions.
- Assist Salesteam in sales forecasting process and on customer services matters such as timely dispatch of stock to the customers, cheque deliveries and other related matters.
- Ensure timely communication of the company policies/plans to the distributors to avoid any conflicts.
- Responsible for verifying distributors claims as per company policies and ensuring timely reimbursement of the same.Handle all matter/queries relating the distributor management.
- Ensuring immediate recovery of sales proceeds against dishonored cheques.
- Responsible for processing all field forces expenses as per company policy.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating records regarding sales operations.
- To carry out any other assignment that is assigned by theline from time to time.
