SNETMAC (Private) Limited [TAJMAC Network Company] is looking to hire a IT Hardware Technician on Full-Time basis.
Below are the core-responsibilities.
- Provide overall technical support On-Site & Off-Site to the end-customer and internally to organization.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer, laptops & servers etc.
- Maintaining hardware and software by conducting regular maintenance and updates.
- Identifying and resolving network, connectivity, and server issues.
- Upgrading firmware, software, and outdated hardware systems.
- Provide technical assistance for server, network, CCTV etc.
- Performing regular tests, upgrades, and backups.
- Preparing technical documents, such as error and maintenance reports.
- Install and perform repairs to hardware. Look after end-customer warranty claims.
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
