You will be responsible for managing all online marketing efforts to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management:
1. Managing all the Social Media Platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
2. Post Organic content on all TCL Pakistan Social Media channels.
3. Develop Digital Media Marketing strategies and plan, including website.
4. Prepare Social Media content calendar for different products
5. Execute & optimize the Paid Social Media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, PPC, Display, Discovery, Stories, YouTube Ads, etc.
6. Prepare the media buying plan for Social Media Platforms.
7. Review and reply to social media comments.
8. Managing the different Flagship Store location campaigns through Google & Facebook, Pin location on Map & Google My Business.
9. Run the Daraz Paid Campaign on different SM channels like (11.11, 12.12, etc.).
10. Coordinate with the designer for different artworks.
11. Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using Web Analytics Platforms (Google Analytics) etc.
12. Implement different Tags like Google Analytics, Conversion Tracking, Remarketing Tag, etc., as per decided tracking Goals through Google Tag Manager.
13. Managing and executing the APP install campaign & engagement on different Social Media platforms.
14. Coordinate with the PR & Brand team to timely publish Blogs, Videos, and relevant News to a different website.
15. Coordinate with the Google & Facebook Customer Solution Managers for different campaigns.
16. Coordinate with a Finance department for Purchase Order, Budget Planning, invoicing & Payment of Social Media channels
17. Get the new training & learning for any impediments/roadblocks in my progress.
18. Social Media & Web Digital Tools
a. Responsible for introducing the New Digital Tools for social media & Website
b. Send monthly & promotional email newsletters through Mailchimp
c. Send web notifications to the TCL website customer
d. Coordinate with the agency for plugin integration
e. Test the tools and provide feedback to the agency regarding different issues
f. Develop the monthly performance report
