Astrum Evening Coaching is seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our expanding academic team. We are looking for enthusiastic educators who can foster an engaging learning environment, simplify challenging concepts, and support students in achieving outstanding academic results. Key Responsibilities
- Teach and clearly explain subject-related concepts to students.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions.
- Assist students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluate students’ academic progress.
- Identify individual learning difficulties and provide personalized support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
- Communicate students’ progress and any concerns to relevant parties when necessary.
- Encourage students to build confidence, consistency, and independent learning skills.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in the relevant subject or a closely related field.
- Strong command and in-depth knowledge of the subject being taught.
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable manner.
- Responsible, punctual, and committed to supporting students’ academic growth.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Salary and payroll will be determined after a teaching demonstration, considering the candidate’s subject expertise, teaching skills, qualifications, and overall performance. The salary range is between Rs10,000 and Rs35,000 per month.
