Recruitment Executive

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Executive to join our team. The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending job offers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the position and company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Negotiate job offers, compensation packages, and other terms with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, BBA, or a MBA.
3 years proven experience in recruitment
Working experience with any FMCG is a plus.
Must have ability to work in fast paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

NOTE:

Six working days Monday to Saturday (9 am to 5 pm)
