We are looking for honest individual with the experience of at least 3 years in American outbound campaigns. Excellent communication skills are highly required to perform the functions of supervisor/closer/team leader in our call center. Candidate must be punctual, hard worker, regular, self motivated with team leading abilities to manage the staff and tasks given by senior management.
Candidate is also required to analyze data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to perform better sales services.
