We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing technical designs related to smart building solutions, audiovisual systems, auditoriums, media rooms, and architectural lighting control systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and SketchUp is essential, along with hands-on experience in technical drafting, system layouts, cabling schedules, and preparing engineering documentation. This role requires close collaboration with architects, interior designers, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technical designs for smart building solutions, audiovisual systems, auditoriums, media rooms, and architectural lighting controls.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, system layouts, cabling schedules, and engineering documentation using AutoCAD, Visio, and SketchUp.
- Collaborate effectively with architects, interior designers, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure integrated design outcomes.
- Review project requirements and update technical drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to guarantee accurate design implementation and smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to verify installations align with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Identify technical discrepancies and propose appropriate design solutions.
- Prepare as-built drawings, operation manuals, and final project handover documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of all technical design packages.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of architectural and electrical drawings, engineering principles, and technical documentation standards.
- Proven technical drafting skills, including plans, elevations, system layouts, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to interpret architectural and electrical drawings, technical specifications, and cabling schedules accurately.
- Experience in preparing as-built drawings, technical documentation, and project handover manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Additional certifications or technical training in CAD drafting, building systems design, audiovisual technology, or lighting control systems are advantageous.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technical design, engineering drafting, or building technology systems.
- Experience working with architectural firms, electrical engineering consultancies, technology systems integrators, or smart building solution providers.
- Practical experience in preparing technical layouts, engineering drawings, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Exposure to audiovisual systems, architectural lighting, automation, or smart building technologies is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams and contractors.

Salary Range: PKR 130,000 to PKR 150,000 per month
