Cyngro is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager with strong technical knowledge and leadership capabilities to lead cross-functional software development teams. The successful candidate will have experience managing projects through the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), especially in SaaS environments. This role involves coordinating with diverse teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage software development projects from initial planning through deployment and post-release improvements, focusing on SaaS products.
- Work closely with Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Designers, Product Owners, and Business Development teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Plan and control project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of software releases.
- Identify risks early and resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
- Maintain transparent communication of project status with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure product quality, scalability, and smooth release management.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and schedules effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Software Project Manager.
- Proven experience managing SaaS-based products.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical proficiency with React.js, Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and modern web and mobile application architectures.
- Good knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, including repository management, pull requests, branch management, code reviews, and version control workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
- Solid grasp of software architecture, release management, sprint planning, and product delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical teams and concurrent software projects efficiently.
Additional Information
- Work Schedule: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite
- Location: Wapda Town, Lahore
- Salary Range: Rs100,000 to Rs150,000 per month
- Work Environment: In-person office setting
