We are seeking a passionate Mid-Level Full Stack Software Developer to join our remote team. This role involves working closely with diverse stakeholders including project managers and designers to build scalable, high-quality web applications. The position is ideal for someone with 1.5 to 3 years of professional experience, capable of working independently within a fully remote setup.
The successful developer is responsible for end-to-end software development, encompassing building responsive user interfaces, creating backend APIs, and optimizing applications for performance and security. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies to meet project requirements.
Create responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces with React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Tailwind CSS.
Build and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs ensuring proper architecture and database interaction.
Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver cohesive software solutions that align with business goals.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects to maintain application stability and reliability.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security while adhering to best coding practices.
Write well-structured, maintainable, and clean code that supports long-term project sustainability.
Manage tasks efficiently in a remote environment, meeting deadlines and communicating progress clearly.
Apply modern authentication techniques and security best practices to protect user data and application integrity.
Utilize version control tools such as Git for code management and collaborative development.
Continuously update knowledge of emerging frontend and backend technologies to improve software quality and efficiency.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of team coding standards.
Maintain attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality software products.
