RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the whole shift production & maintenance issues.
- Responsible for overall htbs furnace operations in deputed shift.
- Ensure manpower and resources utilize properly & effectively to meet production target of shift.
- Meet hourly & daily htbs furnace production goals (with desired quality) as per shared production plan.
- Perform necessary actions in emergency situations, such as electrical jerk, power failure etc.
- Diagnose & troubleshoot furnace problems.
- Communicate quality and product issues with machine incharge, team members and across shifts.
- Prepare shift production reports (hourly) and share with machine incharge & management.Perform any other duties as assigned by machine incharge.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- This position requires shift work including nights, weekends, holidays and 10-12 hour work days.
- Hot working condition during summer.
