The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with 10 to 12 years of experience especially within the electronics, manufacturing, or FMCG industries, and preferably the automotive sector. This role demands a proactive and analytical professional who can handle complex demand forecasting and inventory planning to match company goals and market demands. The Manager Supply Chain will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance. Effective leadership and communication skills are essential to manage and mentor a sizable team, foster collaboration, and implement best practices in supply chain management.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the companys business objectives and ensure optimal inventory levels.
Lead and manage the supply chain team of 20 members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional development.
Oversee demand planning and forecasting activities to balance inventory with customer demand accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and distribution of goods.
Manage vendor relationships to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices while maintaining strong partnership dynamics.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in supply chain processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to synchronize supply chain activities and improve overall business performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain functions and prepare regular reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all supply chain operations.
Address and resolve any supply chain disruptions promptly to minimize impact on production and customer satisfaction.
