Tekxs is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E Commerce Supply Chain Management (SCM) Agent to support the efficient operation of our e-commerce supply chain processes. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, and possesses at least two years of practical experience in managing inventory, order processing, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination. This role demands strong communication and coordination skills to ensure smooth collaboration across various teams and external partners. A solid understanding of supply chain fundamentals and e-commerce operations is essential to contribute effectively to inventory management and stock tracking initiatives.
The E Commerce SCM Agent at Tekxs is responsible for accurate record keeping, problem-solving, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets supports data management and reporting duties. The agent works independently without managing a team but must coordinate effectively with various stakeholders to maintain a transparent and efficient supply chain from order placement to delivery. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment within the competitive e-commerce landscape.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accurate stock availability for online sales.
- Process orders promptly and accurately, collaborating with the logistics team to track shipments.
- Coordinate with vendors to facilitate timely order fulfillment and resolve supply chain issues.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of inventory movements, orders, deliveries, and returns.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets to analyze supply chain data and generate operational reports.
- Detect and troubleshoot supply chain bottlenecks or discrepancies proactively, suggesting solutions.
- Communicate clearly with internal departments and external partners to streamline supply chain activities.
- Support daily logistics operations including order processing, shipment tracking, and vendor follow-up.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple supply chain tasks within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in all supply chain procedures.
