Katib (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a skilled Tele Sales Executive to join their team at the Tariq Road office in Karachi. The successful candidate will engage with both existing and potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services. This full-time role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to consistently meet daily sales targets. The ideal candidate will be motivated, able to handle objections effectively, and committed to building strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and prospective customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
- Accurately record customer purchase order details and maintain proper documentation.
- Consistently achieve daily call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
- Generate promising leads for follow-up and successful sales conversion.
- Manage customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Utilize company-provided sales scripts to effectively communicate product benefits and handle objections.
- Gain thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services to provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets related to call volume and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good understanding of auditing standards and procedures.
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs38,000.
- Full-time position based at the Tariq Road Karachi office with an in-person work arrangement.
