We are seeking a skilled Computer Embroidery Punch to join our team at TEXHUB. The Computer Embroidery Punch will be responsible for operating and maintaining computerized embroidery machines to create intricate designs on textile products. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, proficiency in operating computerized embroidery equipment, and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate computerized embroidery machines to punch designs onto textile products according to provided specifications.
- Program embroidery machines with digitized design files, ensuring accuracy and precision in stitching.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or defects in the embroidery process and troubleshoot problems as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Inspect finished products to verify quality standards are met, including proper alignment, thread tension, and color accuracy.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure designs are executed according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Maintain records of production output, machine maintenance, and any issues encountered during the embroidery process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
