Job Description

  • Interact with our community of app users, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Educate app users one-on-one and in groups.
  • Work closely with operations team to expedite user registration processes.
  • Get feedback from users, and collaborate with team to constantly improve internal tools and user experience.
  • Analyze user behavior, and use data to suggest promotions and develop strategies for increasing customer satisfaction and meeting company’s goals.
  • Use data and your knowledge of the software and the market to support users.
  • Reach out to individuals and organizations to help company expand.
