Job Description

The Bank of Punjab is one of the leading banks of Pakistan with a large network of 624 online branches including Islamic Banking branches across Pakistan. BOP invites applications from high-caliber, seasoned professionals for the following positions in its People & Organizational Excellence Group Head Office, Lahore:

Grade: SVP to EVP1

Location: Head Office, Lahore

  • Develop and lead the Organizational Development plan and provision, ensuring it is aligned to the strategic direction and ambitions of the Bank.
  • Lead the development of a culture of high performance and employee engagement across the Bank.
  • Develop a range of organizational development activities and interventions to support structural and cultural change across the Bank.
  • Develop Career Development paths to retain and motivate young professional along with incentive plans where applicable to drive business results.
  • Develop/Review HR policies and procedures/SOPs in compliance with the regulatory/ legal/ social guidelines/ circulars/ requirements.
  • Develop practical solutions to organizational and people development issues.
  • Manage the Organizational Development budget to ensure efficient and effective use and to maximize organizational and people development opportunities.

Education:

Minimum Masters or equivalent from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Candidates with relevant international certifications i.e. CRA, SHRM, CIPD will have added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum of 9 years of overall banking experience including 03 years at senior managerial role in similar function.

Age: Upto 55 years as of 09.11.2020

The above positions demand highly motivated, result oriented individuals with proven track record and leadership skills, well-versed with applicable banking regulations, labor laws & practices.
