Sales Executive

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Night Shift Tele-Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone calls during evening and overnight hours. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and ultimately drive sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

2. Follow a scripted sales pitch to present product/service features and benefits effectively.

3. Engage with customers to understand their needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

4. Provide accurate information about product specifications, pricing, and promotions.

5. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.

6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.

7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the CRM system.

8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

9. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize strategies and improve sales processes.

10. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales, preferably in a night shift environment.

2. Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner.

3. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Comfortable working night shifts and flexible with scheduling.

6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

7. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.

9. Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming challenges.

10. Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-driven role.
