You will be responsible for efficiently handling all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

1. Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services for clients using reservation systems and online booking platforms.

2. Provide personalized travel recommendations and advice based on client preferences, budget constraints, and destination requirements.

3. Ensure accuracy and completeness of travel itineraries, including dates, times, and pricing information.

4. Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.

5. Assist clients with changes to their travel plans, including rebooking flights, modifying hotel reservations, and handling cancellations.

6. Stay informed about airline policies, fare structures, visa requirements, and travel advisories to provide accurate information and guidance to clients.

7. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to bookings, payments, or travel arrangements, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

8. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency within the agency.

9. Keep detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

10. Continuously update knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings and meet client needs.

Qualifications:

  1.  Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is preferred.
  2.  Proficiency in using reservation systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  3.  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  4.  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5.  Attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
  6.  Knowledge of airline policies, fare structures, and travel regulations is desirable.
  7.  Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
