We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Admin Manager, preferably retired from the army, to oversee our administrative operations. The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily administrative operations of the company, including office management, facilities maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Coordinate with various departments to support their administrative needs and ensure effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Handle office budgeting and expense management, monitoring expenditures and identifying areas for cost-saving opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain systems for record-keeping, document management, and information retrieval to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and service providers, and ensure timely and professional communication.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances related to administrative matters and facilitate resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative management, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Retired from the army with a rank equivalent to Major or higher.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an Admin Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office management software and applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
